About the role
Join Concentrix in Abu Dhabi as a bilingual Customer Service Advisor. You will interact with customers from leading brands across various industries, delivering support through multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Review customer requests and respond according to their needs and situations.
- Provide support and resolve routine issues via phone, email, chat or social media.
- Develop technical proficiency with the software tools used to improve customer experiences.
- Champion better brand experiences for our clients and their customers.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related field.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Proactive, self‑motivated and solution‑oriented.
- Willingness to work rotating and weekend shifts.
