About the role

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional service to shoppers in a busy retail environment. You will engage with customers, handle inquiries and complaints, and support sales while maintaining store standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with customers, provide assistance, and resolve basic complaints.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor clean and inviting.
  • Receive shipments, restock shelves, and manage inventory to ensure product availability.
  • Recommend products, upsell and cross‑sell based on customer needs.
  • Operate the cash register, process transactions, and follow cash‑handling procedures.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in a customer‑facing role with a focus on service excellence.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail in store organization and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced retail setting.
