Customer Service Executive

About the role

We are looking for native Arabic or Russian speakers to join our Assistance Centre in Dubai. The position works on a rotating day (8 am‑8 pm) and night (8 pm‑8 am) shift schedule, with a maximum of 16 days per month, and requires flexibility to adapt to roster changes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cases following the “Assist First, Verify Later” principle.
• Provide courteous, prompt answers to inbound calls and requests.
• Coordinate cases efficiently while adhering to company policies.
• Serve as the first point of contact for members, clients, service providers and colleagues.
• Escalate issues according to established protocols.
• Organise medical and security services using internal and external resources.
• Maintain continuity of service delivery across a 24/7 shift pattern.
• Promote International SOS services to external organisations.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Native fluency in Arabic or Russian.
• Willingness to work flexible day and night shifts on a 24/7 roster.
• Professional attitude with a “can‑do” mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with operations, medical teams and other alarm centres.
