About the role
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive to support day‑to‑day operations in the pharmaceutical sector. The role combines account management, order coordination and commercial support to ensure high service levels for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, send and follow up on customer Statements of Accounts, reconcile balances and address account queries.
- Track customer agreements, contracts and commercial documents, ensuring timely signatures and approvals.
- Communicate promotional schemes, collect sell‑out data, validate claims and coordinate credit‑note creation.
- Monitor orders from placement through delivery, work with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve delays.
- Review orders placed on hold, collaborate with internal stakeholders to release blocked orders while maintaining compliance.
Required profile
- Strong communication and follow‑up abilities.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
