Customer Service Executive – Rent A Car

About the role

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer‑focused Customer Service Executive to join our Rent A Car team in Dubai. You will handle inquiries, bookings, and documentation to ensure a smooth rental experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk‑ins.
• Assist with vehicle reservations, rental agreements, extensions, and returns.
• Explain rental terms, insurance coverage, and payment procedures.
• Coordinate with operations on vehicle availability, delivery, and collection.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in the UAE car‑rental industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages advantageous.
• Strong problem‑solving, coordination, and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with rental management systems and rental agreements.
