Customer Service Officer – Leisure & Entertainment

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our leisure and entertainment venues, delivering a memorable experience to guests across cinemas, events and food & beverage outlets. The role combines front‑of‑house service, sales support and operational duties in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with guests professionally, promote offers and resolve complaints through the correct escalation process.
• Provide product knowledge, assist customers with bookings, sales and inquiries.
• Support revenue growth by upselling and cross‑selling.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and follow cash‑handling procedures.
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards for all food and beverage service.
• Monitor inventory, conduct stock checks and ensure proper storage of equipment and supplies.
• Follow Health, Safety and Environment policies, including PPE usage, SOP compliance, incident reporting and child safeguarding.
• Collaborate with team members, adhere to company policies and undertake additional operational duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum High School Certificate.
• 0–3+ years experience in food & beverage, customer service, retail or hospitality.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team‑oriented, energetic, friendly and outgoing personality.
• Basic English proficiency and computer literacy.
