Customer Service Officer – VOX Cinemas

About the role

Join the VOX Cinemas team as a Customer Service Officer, delivering exceptional food and beverage service and hospitality to cinema guests. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a memorable and smooth cinema experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist with ticket purchases, seat selections, and promotions at counters or digital kiosks.
• Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Provide information on movie schedules, loyalty programs, and ongoing promotions.
• Upsell tickets, combo deals, and retail items to maximize revenue.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable service areas.
• Monitor customer flow to prevent queues and delays.
• Coordinate with cinema operations and F&B teams for seamless service.
• Record transactions, refunds, and generate required reports.
• Support colleagues during peak times, special events, and promotions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in F&B or hospitality (cinema or restaurant preferred).
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Adherence to hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards.
