About the role

As a customer‑facing professional at Emirates Islamic Bank, you will handle daily financial transactions, assist customers with their banking needs, and ensure a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and check cashing accurately.
Issue cashier's checks, handle currency exchanges and manage cash drawers.
Open and close customer accounts in compliance with bank policies.
Assist customers by identifying needs and providing product information.
Reconcile cash drawers, count and package coins and currency at shift end.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic math and computer proficiency.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
