Customer Service Representative – Driving Institute

About the role

Bin Yaber Driving Institute is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support its customer-facing operations at the head office and branches. The role covers welcoming visitors, answering enquiries about driving licensing services, handling registrations and complaints, and keeping accurate student records. It is a permanent position with a salary of AED 6,000 to AED 7,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at the reception and registration counter, and explain the activities according to the licence type chosen.
• Explain ongoing discounts and promotions, and give information on training duration, schedule types, charges and payment terms.
• Help customers complete application forms and register, then verify documentation against RTA requirements and advise on corrections.
• Register students for beginner, intermediate, expert and E-Traffic courses, maintain their files and issue learning permits.
• Notify the fleet and transport team of pickup and drop arrangements, and check E-learning and theory class requirements.
• Handle transfers and reopenings, enter amendment details in files, and issue licences professionally.
• Log and follow up complaints and feedback from all channels, evaluate them, inform the superior and close cases with the customer.
• Submit daily reports, attend front desk, registration, booking and scheduling tasks, and follow QHSE procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years of experience; UAE nationality preferred.
• Prior customer service experience and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous.
