Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in Etisalat business and government plans. You will deliver accurate information, address inquiries, and build lasting relationships while supporting revenue growth through upselling and cross‑selling.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Etisalat plans tailored to businesses, institutions, government entities, and Emirati customers.
• Provide detailed information on plan features, benefits, and pricing.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase revenue.
• Handle and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
• Build sustainable relationships through open communication.
• Document customer interactions, complaints, and trends, and alert team leaders as needed.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre, customer care, or front‑desk role.
• Graduate or diploma qualification (mandatory).
• Age below 30 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player with good listening, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
