About the role

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering friendly and efficient support across phone, email, and chat channels. You will proactively solve issues and provide knowledgeable answers about product features, pricing, and availability. By delivering exceptional service, you will help turn satisfied customers into passionate brand evangelists. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries and resolve problems.
• Provide accurate and detailed information on product specifications, pricing structures, and stock availability.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and logistics, to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Perform data entry tasks across various platforms to keep customer records up to date.
• Document interactions and outcomes in the appropriate systems to maintain a clear history of customer communications.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload effectively.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for helping people and solving problems.
