Customer Service Representative & Sales Associate – Dubai

About the role

The Sales Associate supports the centre’s sales and customer operations by guiding prospective students through enrolment, handling enquiries, and providing administrative assistance. Working closely with the Enrolment Sales Manager and centre leadership, the role aims to meet sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales consultations with walk‑in customers, inbound leads, and trial‑lesson attendees.
• Manage the full enrolment journey: schedule trials, follow up leads, and close enrolments.
• Maintain high conversion rates through needs‑based selling and clear communication of programmes, pricing, and promotions.
• Update sales reports, track daily leads, and keep CRM records accurate.
• Provide prompt, professional communication in fluent English via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in‑person.
• Ensure a welcoming centre environment and support daily operations.
• Handle customer feedback, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Assist with class scheduling, teacher coordination, attendance tracking, and event support.
• Perform basic cashier duties, including fee collection and receipt issuance.

Required profile

• Very fluent spoken and written English.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or front‑facing roles (retail, hospitality, education, or service industry preferred).
• Sales‑driven, confident, and comfortable engaging parents and children.
• Proactive, well‑organized, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
