Customer Service Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and dependable Customer Service Specialist to work fully remotely. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely assistance across email, phone, live‑chat and other digital channels while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, telephone, live chat and approved channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, policies and procedures.
• Listen to concerns, identify solutions and resolve routine complaints efficiently.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate department.
• Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved and maintain a respectful, professional tone.
• Document all interactions in the CRM, update customer profiles and verify information before making changes.
• Monitor service inboxes, manage multiple live‑chat conversations and use approved response templates.
