Customer Success Manager

About the role

Easygenerator is looking for a Customer Success Manager to work in an international environment, partnering with global brands to help them achieve their learning and business goals. The role involves building strong stakeholder relationships, developing and executing customer success plans, monitoring account health and driving long-term retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Assess account health scores objectively and take proactive action to improve them.
• Identify potential risks early and lead mitigation plans with customer stakeholders.
• Lead regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic discussions with customers.
• Develop and execute strategic success plans tailored to each customer, supporting retention and expansion and upsell opportunities.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, giving feedback to Product and influencing roadmap decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 2-3 years of Customer Success or key account management experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English, able to lead conversations and know when to listen.
• Commercial mindset and passion for negotiating strong outcomes for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented approach, able to identify the real need behind a request.

Nice to have: a passion for HR tech and familiarity with the latest trends in the space.
