Customer Support & Operations Executive

About the role

Aynsouq, a fast‑growing eyewear e‑commerce marketplace based in Dubai, is looking for a proactive Customer Support & Operations Executive to join its remote team. You will be the main point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right frames, guiding them through the purchase journey, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear selection, frame fit guidance, and order placement.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, chat and other support channels.
• Guide customers throughout the purchasing journey and address issues professionally.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships using CRM practices.
• Monitor website performance, flag technical or operational issues, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Manage order processing, logistics coordination, shipment tracking and delivery follow‑ups.
• Ensure day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations run smoothly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Prior experience in customer support, e‑commerce operations or CRM (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of e‑commerce platforms and website functionality.
• Knowledge of logistics and order‑management processes is an advantage.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and proactive.
• Fluent English communication.
