About the role

The Telesales Executive will join Syndicate Business Consultancy in Dubai to drive inbound and outbound sales activities. You will engage prospective clients, generate qualified leads and nurture relationships to achieve sales targets while representing a range of professional advisory services.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information about the company’s services.
  • Proactively make sales calls to prospects and follow up on leads.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate contact and activity records.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in lead generation, telesales or a similar customer‑facing role.
  • Self‑motivated with excellent time‑management skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with CRM software.
