Executive – Voice & Virtual Inbound Calls (Arabic)

About the role

We are seeking an Executive for Voice & Virtual inbound calls who will be the first point of contact for our affluent UAE clients. You will deliver outstanding service, resolve enquiries promptly, and guide clients on banking products and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality service to affluent clients through inbound and outbound calls.
• Resolve client enquiries within agreed timelines, ensuring a frictionless experience.
• Explain banking products, digital services, and value‑added solutions clearly and confidently.
• Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions, referrals, or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and protect confidential information.
• Detect trends, issues, or risks and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• High school diploma, graduate degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Customer‑first mindset with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work across different schedules and time zones.
