CyberArk Specialist – Banking

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CyberArk Specialist to lead the implementation, administration, and optimisation of enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions in a highly regulated banking environment. The role focuses on securing privileged accounts, supporting identity security controls and ensuring compliance with regulatory and security policies.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain the CyberArk PAM platform, including PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA and the CyberArk Vault.
• Onboard privileged accounts for servers, databases, network devices, applications and service accounts.
• Design and enforce privileged access controls across critical business applications, infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Monitor privileged sessions, investigate policy violations and support audit and recertification activities.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, troubleshooting and performance optimisation.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve PAM processes and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM or privileged access management.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Windows Server and Linux/Unix administration.
• Experience working in regulated sectors such as banking or financial services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• CyberArk PAM components: PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA, CyberArk Vault.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and least‑privilege principles.
• Scripting/automation: PowerShell, Python, REST APIs.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS.
