D365 Finance & Operations Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

Syscort Technologies is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Techno-Functional Consultant to work closely with CFOs, Finance Directors and other senior finance stakeholders in a real‑estate organisation. The role blends business process consulting, finance transformation and hands‑on solution delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct finance process assessments (R2R, P2P, O2C, budgeting, forecasting) and workshops with senior finance leaders.
• Design and configure core F&O modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Management and Procurement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, solution design documents and configuration settings.
• Collaborate with developers on X++, extensions, integrations, data entities and APIs, and oversee testing, data migration and deployment.
• Identify automation opportunities, improve reporting with Power BI and establish measurable outcomes for process efficiency.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of consulting or implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong functional knowledge of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, fixed assets, budgeting, cash management).
• Proven ability to engage senior finance stakeholders and lead workshops.

• X++ development, extensions and customisations.
• Integration techniques (APIs, data entities).
• Power BI for financial reporting and analytics.
