Data Analyst - Business Performance & Partnerships

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is hiring a Data Analyst in Sheikh Zayed, reporting to the Chief Business Development Officer. The role sits at the intersection of business performance, partnerships and forecasting, working closely with Finance, Risk, Product and Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze revenue performance, portfolio growth and product profitability; track and report KPIs such as acquisition, conversion, retention, portfolio quality and P&L.
• Monitor the SME lending portfolio (disbursements, utilization, delinquency trends).
• Evaluate partnership performance and unit economics, build dashboards on partner contribution and volumes, and support negotiations with data-backed insights.
• Develop financial and operational forecasts, run scenario analysis and support budgeting and target setting.
• Analyze market trends, competitor positioning and customer behavior, and support new product launches with feasibility analysis.
• Build automated dashboards with BI tools and prepare weekly and monthly executive reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Translate business questions into data models and insights, and support ad-hoc analysis and presentations.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Good English.
• Commercial mindset, analytical and critical thinking, communication skills, and a business partnership approach.
