Data & Business Intelligence Manager

About the role

Al Etihad Payments is seeking a Data & Business Intelligence Manager to lead the design, implementation and governance of data solutions that support the organization’s strategic objectives. The role will oversee data collection, analysis and reporting, ensuring that insights are turned into actionable business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify data‑driven opportunities that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Build and maintain analytics frameworks, tools and processes for efficient insight generation.
• Establish data governance policies to guarantee data quality, security and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of scalable data infrastructure and architecture.
• Lead complex data analysis projects and translate findings into strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing data and business intelligence functions.
• Strong understanding of data governance, compliance and security standards.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and drive cross‑departmental initiatives.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
