Data Manager

About the role

Masafi is looking for a Data Manager to play a strategic and leadership role in establishing trusted, governed and business-ready data across the Hattan Group. The role builds a single source of truth, improves data quality across operational systems and enables accurate reporting, analytics and data-driven decisions. It also prepares the organization for future adoption of machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and maintain an enterprise data governance framework, and set up data ownership and stewardship across business domains and legal entities
• Define and enforce data policies, standards, naming conventions and business definitions, and keep governance artefacts in SharePoint and knowledge repositories
• Design and own the end-to-end data architecture, including the centralized data repository and enterprise analytics platforms, and work with the Enterprise Solution Architect
• Lead adoption of modern data platforms, including Microsoft ecosystem technologies
• Deliver enterprise reporting and analytics, standardize dashboards, KPIs and reporting frameworks, and enable self-service analytics
• Partner with Enterprise Applications, Digital, Infrastructure and Security teams, and with business stakeholders, to turn data needs into scalable solutions
• Ensure data practices comply with regulatory, privacy and security policies

Required profile

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in data management, data architecture or enterprise analytics
• Proven experience implementing enterprise data governance frameworks and designing end-to-end data platforms
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft data ecosystem preferred; ERP and enterprise application experience (Oracle, D365 or equivalent) preferred
• Experience in multi-brand, multi-entity or distributed environments highly desirable; experience preparing organizations for ML/AI adoption preferred
