Dealer Relationship Executive – Auction

About the role

The Dealer Relationship Executive – Auction will manage and grow relationships with automotive dealers on our online auction platform. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring dealers receive top‑class service while meeting the company’s sales and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealers, delivering industry‑leading customer service.
• Market dealer portfolios to achieve quality, pricing, and volume objectives.
• Maintain logs of dealer visits, feedback, and activity.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and margin goals.
• Design dealer segmentation and ensure bidding activity exceeds 95%.
• Ensure all dealers are active on the platform and engage them in auction processes.
• Negotiate contracts to secure the highest margins for the company.
• Update systems promptly and meet dealers weekly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3‑5 years of experience in used or new vehicle sales, purchases, and management.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.
• In‑depth knowledge of the GCC used‑car market.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset with segmentation expertise.
• Proven negotiation, marketing, and sales abilities.
• Professional presentation and team‑player attitude.
