Dealer Relationship Executive – Auction

About the role

Dubizzle is seeking an enthusiastic Dealer Relationship Executive to manage and market assigned dealer relationships within its auction platform. You will be responsible for building strong dealer partnerships, ensuring high‑quality service, and driving commercial results in line with the company’s credit risk and profitability models.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with dealers by delivering industry‑leading customer service.
• Effectively manage and market assigned dealer relationships to meet quality, pricing, and volume targets.
• Maintain a log of dealer visits and feedback, and meet dealers weekly to strengthen ties.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and margins while ensuring bidding activity exceeds 95%.
• Design dealer segregation and ensure all dealers are active on the platform.
• Negotiate contracts to secure the highest margins for the company.
• Update the system promptly and ensure accurate record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3‑5 years of experience in used or new vehicle sales, purchases, and management.
• Valid UAE driver's license and in‑depth knowledge of the GCC used‑car market.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven outlook with solid segmentation abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, marketing, and sales skills.
• Professional presentation, ambitious attitude, and ability to work as a team player.
