About the role
A leading international law firm is seeking a Debt Capital Markets Associate to join its established Middle East practice in Dubai. The role offers exposure to sophisticated DCM transactions across the Middle East and international markets.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on debt capital markets transactions within an international practice.
- Support the execution and structuring of DCM matters, collaborating with colleagues and clients across jurisdictions.
- Draft and review transaction documentation and provide commercially focused legal advice.
- Contribute to the development of the Middle East DCM practice.
Required profile
- 3–5 years post‑qualification experience in debt capital markets.
- Experience in a leading international law firm or top‑tier DCM team.
- Strong academic background from a top‑tier university.
- Ability to work effectively in an international team and manage demanding workloads.
Required skills
- Excellent legal analysis, drafting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong commercial awareness and client service focus.
