Delivery Manager – Airport Operations

About the role

The Delivery Manager will own end‑to‑end delivery of technology products and the self‑service portfolio for Airport Operations. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and operational resilience standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of self‑service technology projects (check‑in kiosks, bag‑drop, lounge access, roaming agent, biometrics, Amadeus PSS platforms).
• Collaborate with Airport Operations, Ground Services and Technology teams to define solutions.
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets and governance activities.
• Drive vendor and supplier performance, ensuring operational readiness.
• Oversee scope, change control, testing, deployment and business adoption.
• Track benefits realization and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Lead incident governance, root‑cause analysis and service improvement initiatives.
• Apply Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.

Required profile

• 5+ years delivering technology projects in airline, airport, aviation or transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• Proven experience with Amadeus PSS self‑service, check‑in kiosks, bag‑drop and biometric passenger processing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage suppliers and third‑party technology partners.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
