Delivery Manager - Airport Ops

About the role

The Delivery Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of technology products and self‑service solutions for Airport Operations. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and operational resilience standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of self‑service technology projects (check‑in kiosks, bag‑drop, lounge access, roaming agent, biometrics, Amadeus PSS platforms).
• Collaborate with Airport Operations, Ground Services, and Technology teams to define solutions.
• Manage project plans, risks, budgets, dependencies, and governance activities.
• Drive vendor performance, oversee scope, change control, testing, deployment, and business adoption.
• Track benefits realisation and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Lead incident governance, root‑cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives.
• Apply Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.

Required profile

• 5+ years delivering technology projects in airline, airport, aviation, or transportation sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• Proven experience managing suppliers and third‑party technology partners.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
