About the role
Fundamental Hospitality is hiring a Demi Chef de Partie for KIGO, a Michelin-starred Japanese concept restaurant located in the Four Seasons Hotel, DIFC, Dubai. The role is full-time and permanent.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar role within high-end Japanese restaurant concepts.
- Fluent English; knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.
- Currently based in Dubai and available for a trial shift.
