Depot Operations Officer – Aviation Fuelling

About the role

The Depot Operations Officer is responsible for managing ADNOC Aviation’s depot, hydrant and into‑plane fuelling operations at Abu Dhabi International Airport (ADIA). The role ensures safe, efficient receipt, storage and supply of aviation fuel while complying with industry and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the Aviation Maintenance Team to coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs and modifications of all equipment.
• Plan workforce, prepare duty rosters and manage annual leave to guarantee uninterrupted fuelling, especially during peak periods and exercises.
• Enforce HSE regulations, report and investigate incidents, maintain the site risk register and conduct task risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with airport regulations, company policies and aviation industry standards through regular inspections and audits.
• Oversee quality control of static and mobile equipment, manage batch control, product traceability and address QC incidents.
• Maintain relationships with customers, airport authorities and stakeholders, handling feedback, complaints and security pass arrangements.
• Monitor fuel movements, update stock accounting, investigate discrepancies and maintain adequate Jet A‑1 inventory.
