Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process, ensuring that all requisitions, orders and contracts are accurate, compliant and delivered on time. This role supports the organization by securing competitive rates and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Standard Credit Applications, verifying authenticity of critical documents.
• Ensure all applications are error‑free and follow the approval workflow, escalating delays as needed.
• Enter, verify prices and delivery dates for purchase requisitions and generate Purchase Orders.
• Authorize purchase requisitions, orders and contracts in line with company policies.
• Prepare tender documentation and execute RFPs/RFQs.
• Assess quotations, select bidders and lead commercial negotiations.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers and vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to identify competitive rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in procurement and contract management.
• Bachelor’s degree; CSCP certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent command of English.
