Design Engineer – Airport Infrastructure (UAE)

About the role

Sener is seeking experienced Airport Design Engineers to join its multidisciplinary team in the United Arab Emirates. You will work on greenfield and brownfield airport projects, delivering safe, coordinated and constructible solutions across the full design lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake airport infrastructure design from concept through to tender stages, covering both airside (runways, taxiways, aprons) and landside (access roads, parking, utilities).
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, drawings, design reports, technical specifications and other deliverables.
• Coordinate designs with civil, roads, drainage, structures, architecture, MEP and other disciplines.
• Participate in technical reviews, constructability reviews, value‑engineering studies and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional engineering experience on airport infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Airport, Transportation Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in airside or landside design for greenfield and brownfield airports.
• Ability to produce and review calculations, drawings, reports and specifications.
