Design Manager – Interior Design

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead interior design projects from concept through detailed execution. The role involves overseeing design research, test fits, documentation, FF&E selection and coordination with multiple stakeholders to deliver high‑quality interior environments.

Key responsibilities

• Produce complete interior design packages from pre‑design to detailed design for various projects.
• Conduct research, benchmarking and generate internal design studies and presentations.
• Create test‑fit layouts, design collateral and maintain project schedules and approvals.
• Source and specify high‑quality interior products, bespoke items, lighting, furniture and accessories according to brief.
• Coordinate mock‑up reviews, show apartments and ensure successful implementation on site.
• Maintain vendor relationships, pre‑qualification records and prepare consultant/bidder lists.
• Facilitate regular meetings with senior design leadership, architects and MEP heads to resolve design issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of interior design experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong eye for detail, space‑planning expertise and ability to produce clear, aesthetic presentations.
