Desktop Services Technician II

About the role

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Desktop Services Technician II to keep its global teams connected and productive. Based in Dubai, you will deliver both onsite and remote technical assistance to corporate and business‑unit associates, ensuring their desktop, laptop, phone and other end‑user technologies operate smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced desktop, laptop, phone and end‑user technology support to local and remote associates.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and application issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests in accordance with established service levels.
• Perform installations, moves, additions and changes (IMAC) to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with internal technology teams and external vendors to resolve complex problems.
• Identify and escalate urgent or business‑critical issues to appropriate specialists.
• Document technical fixes and troubleshooting procedures for knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Desktop Support Specialist or similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with associates and vendors.
