Digital Account Manager – Arabic (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Account Manager fluent in Arabic to serve as the primary strategic partner for high‑ticket clients. You will lead weekly strategy reviews, analyse funnel performance and work closely with internal teams to deliver results‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the growth advisor for key client accounts, host strategic performance calls and review KPIs.
• Audit conversion funnels from ad click‑through rates to landing‑page and messaging performance.
• Translate client objectives into actionable creative briefs for copy, design, media buying and development teams.
• Collaborate with internal leads and AI tools to generate new ad angles, copy frameworks and retargeting logic.
• Provide clear, data‑driven recommendations based on performance dashboards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years in performance marketing, DTC e‑commerce or direct‑response environments.
• Strong analytical mindset; able to diagnose metric drops and propose actionable solutions.
• Excellent client communication in idiomatic Arabic and professional English.
• Comfortable leading strategy calls with founders, creators and business leaders.
• Proactive problem‑solver focused on delivering measurable growth.

Required skills

• Familiarity with campaign metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CVR and CPL.
• Experience using AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for research and strategy.
• Ability to navigate modern marketing tools and automation workflows.
