Digital Account Manager – Social Media (GCC)

About the role

ALÓCommunication is seeking a proactive Digital Account Manager who lives and breathes social media. Based in the GCC, you will lead client accounts, craft social‑first strategies, and ensure timely delivery of creative work that drives digital engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional or local client accounts with a focus on social media strategy.
• Develop, present and execute social media strategies, content plans and campaign ideas.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining seamless communication and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal creative, content and media teams to deliver high‑quality work on schedule.
• Oversee content calendars, campaign rollouts and platform‑specific executions.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide actionable insights and optimise campaigns.
• Identify up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities for digital and social services.
• Support new business pitches with social‑first concepts and presentations.
• Track budgets, media spends and campaign performance accurately.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in a digital or social media agency.
• Based in Dubai or elsewhere in the GCC with cultural fluency.
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, presentation and client‑management abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable and solution‑oriented mindset.
