Digital Content Manager (Social Media & Content)

About the role

Luxury Real Estate Consulting is hiring a Digital Content Manager (Social Media & Content) for its Dubai Hills Estate office, working on site. The role plans and runs a monthly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook, and manages the company's social presence and the personal brands of its agents.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run a monthly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook.
• Publish agent videos, market updates and community spotlights.
• Manage comments and DMs, and route leads to the right agent the same day.
• Manage and strategise each agent's Instagram and LinkedIn as an extension of the company page.
• Build a simple personal brand for each agent: bio, highlights, tone and posting rhythm.
• Keep a shared brand toolkit (templates, captions, hashtags) so every page looks consistent.
• Cross-post and reshare between agent and company pages to grow both.
• Assist with shoots and editing of reels, photos and short videos of brokers and communities.
• Write captions and LinkedIn posts, and plan, publish and guide content around buyer and investor search terms.
• Track analytics and leads, and create monthly reports.

Required profile

• 2+ years in social media and content, ideally for real estate, luxury or lifestyle brands.
• Experience managing several accounts at once, including personal brands.
• Strong creative vision and clear, polished written English.
• Nice to have: English, Arabic and Hindi.

Required skills

• Nice to have: Meta Business Suite, a scheduling tool, Adobe Suite or Canva.
• Nice to have: basic knowledge of SEO and paid social ads.
