About the role

The Digital Life Garage Customer Engagement Advisor will shape and manage the end‑to‑end customer experience for HPE’s industry‑specific solutions. Working onsite at an HPE office, you will apply research, design thinking and loyalty measurement to create compelling experiences that drive adoption and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Apply customer‑experience and loyalty research to design, deploy and manage the total customer journey for assigned segments, products or solutions.
• Lead user‑group sessions, conduct usability studies and map touch‑points across the customer lifecycle.
• Align internal teams and resources to deliver the designed experience to market and maintain customer retention.
• Represent the voice of the customer in direct interactions and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Design, deliver and manage experiences within HPE Customer Experience Centers.

Required profile

• Advanced subject‑matter expertise with a track record of solving complex business problems.
• Ability to evaluate multiple factors, contribute new ideas and methods, and guide process improvements.
• Experience leading functional project teams and participating in cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset and capability to influence strategic alignment.
