Digital Marketing Assistant – Content & Design (Figma) – Freelance Remote

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Digital Marketing Assistant to support our remote marketing team. You will create on‑brand visual assets in Figma and write short‑form copy for social, email, and ad campaigns, helping the Marketing Manager focus on strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design social graphics, banners, email visuals, and ad creatives in Figma, adapting sizes for multiple platforms.
• Prepare export‑ready files and organise assets for team use.
• Produce post graphics, captions and short copy aligned with campaign goals; build and format email assets.
• Design basic static and simple animated ad creatives, iterating based on performance data.
• Draft, edit and repurpose copy for ads, social posts, emails, landing pages and short articles.
• Maintain brand consistency, manage multiple requests, track deadlines and communicate status.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in digital marketing, content production or creative marketing support with a portfolio.
• 2+ years hands‑on experience using Figma for marketing assets.
• 1+ year creating digital assets and supporting copy for social, email, ads and blogs.
• Ability to follow creative direction, meet deadlines and work in a fast‑moving environment.
