Digital Marketing & Content Specialist (UAE National)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to design, execute and optimise digital campaigns across multiple online channels. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, driving audience engagement and supporting organisational communication objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch digital marketing campaigns to promote services, programs and events.
• Manage and update website, mobile app and social media content.
• Create, publish and monitor engaging digital content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, social media engagement and overall digital reach.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely content delivery.
• Conduct audience research and feedback initiatives to improve user experience.
• Monitor digital trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to recommend innovative approaches.
• Maintain content archives, documentation and performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience for Bachelor’s holders or 0–2 years for Master’s holders.
• Proven experience managing websites, social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
