Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Trainer

About the role

The organization is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Digital Marketing and Graphic Design Trainer to design and deliver training programmes for administrative professionals in Abu Dhabi. You will create engaging learning materials, lead practical workshops, and assess trainee progress.

Key responsibilities

• Develop course outlines and training content that reflect current digital marketing trends and basic graphic design principles.
• Deliver interactive sessions, hands‑on workshops, and guided exercises to diverse learner groups.
• Produce supporting materials such as presentations, visual assets, and online resources.
• Evaluate trainee performance, provide feedback, and adjust curricula as needed.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital marketing with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Practical experience in social media marketing, lead generation and web analytics.
• Basic to intermediate graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Previous experience as a trainer or facilitator in marketing or digital media.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business or equivalent experience.
