Exhibitor Relations Specialist

About the role

The Exhibitor Relations Specialist will manage all aspects of exhibitor interactions for the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre, ensuring contractual obligations are met before, during, and after exhibitions. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful events.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate exhibitor applications, submissions, approvals, booth design reviews and setup.
• Serve as the main liaison between exhibitors and technical/logistics teams for booth requirements such as lighting, design and logistics.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to develop exhibitor tools and exhibition applications.
• Work with Finance to process exhibitor payments and refunds within agreed timelines.
• Research and develop relationships with exhibitors, publishers, authors and cultural entities.
• Support contract management, exhibition design and work planning with architects, contractors and the Production Manager.
• Ensure consistent communication aligned with the Centre’s brand and policies.
• Report daily operational activities, challenges and resolutions to the direct manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Relations or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, sales, exhibitions, events or related fields.
