Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of paid media campaigns and elevate brand presence. In this role, you will design, execute, and scale high-converting advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) while managing broader digital marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager from setup through scaling.
• Design compelling ad copy, collaborate with visual media, and test creative variations to improve click‑through and conversion rates.
• Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), custom event tracking, and attribution models.
• Build and optimize landing pages, lead capture funnels, and automated follow‑up sequences.
• Monitor key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and CPA, providing actionable insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing successful Meta ad campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Strong hands‑on technical experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, tag managers, and custom landing page builders.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and integration tools such as Zapier.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into clear growth strategies.
• Ability to troubleshoot campaigns when performance drops.
