Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will drive Modon Holding’s corporate marketing strategy and digital initiatives. This role is responsible for enhancing brand presence, engaging stakeholders, and supporting business growth across all Modon segments.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of marketing plans across multiple channels and analyze market trends.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, optimise website, social media and email channels to increase traffic and conversions.
• Lead content creation for digital and traditional media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute multi‑platform marketing campaigns, coordinating with creative and media agencies.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, media partners and assist in communication strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Develop KPIs, prepare performance reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7‑10 years of experience in marketing and digital roles.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
• Ability to analyse data, make data‑driven decisions and generate innovative solutions.
• Proven project‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork and adaptability.
