Digital Marketing Manager – Luxury Resort (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Join a world‑renowned luxury hospitality brand as the Digital Marketing Manager for its iconic resort in Abu Dhabi. You will lead the full digital strategy, enhancing the hotel’s online presence and driving revenue across all divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to boost brand visibility and commercial performance.
• Lead e‑commerce initiatives, aligning them with sales and marketing objectives.
• Own the hotel’s website, manage web traffic, and optimise SEO performance.
• Design and manage organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Plan 360° digital campaigns for rooms, F&B, spa and other revenue streams.
• Ensure brand compliance across all digital platforms and corporate sites.
• Collaborate with external agencies for performance and social media marketing.
• Conduct market research to optimise positioning on OTA partners such as Expedia, Booking.com and TripAdvisor.
• Produce performance‑driven content while adhering to brand standards.
• Introduce new digital tools to improve team productivity and campaign efficiency.
• Report on KPIs and contribute to the broader marketing strategy.
• Support the management of the annual digital marketing budget.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, e‑Commerce Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Strong project‑management and strategic leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
