Digital Marketing Manager – Real Estate Projects

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute all digital marketing initiatives for our real‑estate projects, combining marketing expertise with industry insights to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for residential and commercial real‑estate projects.
• Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on ROI.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and SEO to increase organic traffic and lead conversion.
• Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and engagement across multiple platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and development teams to align marketing efforts with project goals.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, lead‑nurturing workflows, and CRM integration.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
• Manage budgets and vendors for digital campaigns, including agencies, freelancers, and media partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real‑estate development or property marketing.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate sales cycles and target audiences.
• Excellent analytical, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce compelling content for real‑estate audiences.
