Digital Marketing Specialist – Arabic Speakers

About the role

Bin Murshed Group is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist who is fluent in Arabic to lead performance‑based campaigns across several of its brands. You will own the full funnel, from strategy to execution, with a strong focus on measurable lead generation and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise full‑funnel digital marketing strategies across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Snapchat platforms.
• Generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates and reduce cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Build and refine landing pages and sales funnels to maximise conversion.
• Manage social media accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney) and automation workflows for content creation and campaign scaling.
• Track performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, continuously cutting waste and boosting ROI.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
• Hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads (mandatory).
• Proven track record in lead generation and funnel optimisation.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and Snapchat Ads is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
