Digital Marketing Specialist – B2B & B2C

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to boost brand awareness, generate qualified B2B and B2C leads, and support our sales objectives. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels while collaborating closely with the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy aligned with sales targets.
• Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads through targeted campaigns.
• Manage and grow social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create engaging content, including posts, articles, videos, and promotional materials.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
• Monitor lead flow and coordinate with sales for follow‑up and conversion.
• Analyse campaign performance, produce weekly reports, and continuously improve results.
• Research new digital channels and opportunities to meet company goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
• Proven track record in lead generation and performance marketing.
• Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid reporting abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
