Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of our paid and email marketing programmes. The role combines strategic insight with hands‑on campaign management to drive traffic, conversions and revenue across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and shape digital marketing strategies.
• Design, launch and manage comprehensive campaigns on social media, email, search engines and display networks.
• Execute and optimise paid advertising across Google Ads, META Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
• Develop and manage outbound and inbound email marketing, including automation journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot or HubSpot.
• Monitor website traffic, user behaviour and conversion metrics; perform A/B testing and analytics to improve performance.
• Produce advanced reports and dashboards using GA4, heat‑map tools (Mouseflow, Lucky Orange), Power BI, Google Data Studio, Excel and PowerPoint.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
