Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Fliixa Media Agency is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Abu Dhabi office. You will plan, execute, and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns that bring client stories to life across social, search, email and display platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, email and display channels.
• Manage daily social media activities, create and schedule content, monitor engagement and respond to audience interactions in line with brand guidelines.
• Track performance using web‑analytics tools, prepare regular reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to develop integrated marketing strategies and support new campaign concepts and pitches.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning and executing multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in social media marketing, content scheduling and community management.
• Ability to interpret data from web‑analytics tools and optimise performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, culturally aware.
• Experience in campaign reporting, KPI tracking and data‑driven decision making.
• Familiarity with paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge of content creation workflows and collaboration with design, copy and video teams.
• Ability to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in an agency environment.
