Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to design, implement and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business objectives into data‑driven marketing actions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and audience analysis to shape targeting strategies.
• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute email marketing programmes, including outbound, inbound and retargeting flows.
• Set up automation journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot or HubSpot.
• Monitor website traffic, user behaviour and conversion metrics using GA4, heat‑maps and tools such as Mouseflow or Lucky Orange.
• Perform A/B testing and continuous optimisation of ads, landing pages and email creatives.
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards in Power BI, Google Data Studio, Excel and PowerPoint.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and KPI achievement.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end digital campaigns across paid, email and social channels.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
